- Slash, femslash, het, and mixed multiples (m/m/f, m/f/f, m/m/f/f, etc) are all OK (note that slash includes pairings, threesomes, foursomes and moresomes which are all men, and the same goes for femslash which are all women).

- Any and all ratings are OK.

- Don't even think about posting stories to the archive that don't have anything at all to do with the new Battlestar Galactica miniseries and/or television series.

- This fiction archive is for stories based on the fictional characters portrayed in the miniseries and television series. This is not an archive for Real Person fic.

- Alternate Universe (AU) and Alternate Reality (AR) fics based on the fictional characters are OK.

- The site base will be noindex nofollow.

- A note about chan: Fiction which involves underage (under 18 years old) characters in explicit (PG-13 to NC17) sexual situations is NOT ALLOWED on this archive. Anything which is submitted which should have been labeled as Chan but wasn't will be summarily removed from the archive. We do not want the entire archive to be in legal danger.

- Stories will be self-submitted by the authors. Do not submit other authors' work.

- Plagiarists' posts will be removed from the site. If you suspect that a story posted here deserves that fate, email the archivist.

- WiPs and unfinished stories are not allowed here, but a related series in which each story stands on its own may be posted in parts. This archive is for completed stories only; there's no unfinished business here!!

- The archivist is not going to exercise editorial control over the archive; however if a story is uploaded which has obviously not been through a spellchecker or the format is completely messed up, the author will be contacted by email to request that they fix the problem. The problem story will be removed, and the author may then re-upload the corrected version. This archive is intended to be a joy to read, and horrid spelling or formatting would detract from that.

Characters and pairings will be added by request. If you have a story with a character or a pairing which is not yet on the archive, let us know and we'll add the fandom and/or pairing to the archive's database before you upload your story.
